Tyler J. Griffin
Tyler J. Griffin loves teaching and learning. He taught seminary and institute for 15 years before transferring to BYU where he is a professor in the Ancient Scripture Department. He is also the co-founder fo the BYU Virtual Scriptures Group which develops digital apps to help visualize the scriptures in 3D and VR settings. He is a presenter and an author. He wrote “When Heaven Feels Distant”, co-authored “Come Unto Me: Illuminating the Savior’s Life, Mission, Parables, and Miracles”, and co-edited “Millions Shall Know Brother Joseph Again”, and “Thou Art the Christ, the Son of the Living God.” Tyler and his wife Kiplin have ten children. They love camping, canoeing, board games, singing, and living a fast-paced adventure every day. They and their kids love Merit Academy!
